Welcome to servly ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the servly website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and servly (CIN: U96908MH2025PTC442554), registered under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office in Maharashtra, India.

🛠️2. Our Services

servly is a technology platform that connects users ("Customers") with independent home service providers ("servly Professionals"). We provide:

  • An online marketplace to discover and book home cleaning services
  • Secure payment processing infrastructure
  • A rating and review system for quality assurance
  • Customer support and dispute resolution mechanisms
  • Scheduling tools for instant, scheduled, and recurring bookings
servly is a technology intermediary. We do not directly provide cleaning services. All services are performed by independent professionals who have agreed to our Professional Terms of Service.

👤3. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India in a city where servly operates
  • Have a valid mobile number and email address
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration

🔐4. User Accounts

Registration: You must create an account to book services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Security: Notify servly immediately of any unauthorized use. servly will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use.

Termination: servly may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, false information, or fraudulent activity.

📅5. Booking & Payments

Process: Services can be booked as instant, scheduled, or recurring. A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment processing.

Pricing: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. You will always see the final price before confirming. Prices may vary by city.

Payment Methods: We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

Cancellations & Refunds: Governed by our Cancellation Policy.

👷6. servly Professionals

servly Professionals are independent contractors, not employees of servly. While we conduct background checks, servly does not guarantee the quality of work performed.

You agree not to engage servly Professionals for services outside the Platform for 6 months after your last servly booking with that professional. Violation may result in account suspension.

⚖️7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, servly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

🚫8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening servly Professionals
  • Submitting false or fraudulent reviews
  • Attempting to circumvent the Platform for direct bookings
  • Interfering with the Platform's security or functionality
  • Impersonating any person or entity

🏛️9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
